Facing insurance companies can be intimidating, but Greer, Russell, Dent & Moore stands as your strong representative. We have more than 40 years of experience in securing fair settlements. Expert Guidance

We also know how to counter the strategies insurance companies use to minimize or deny claims, such as wrongful claim denials, underestimating damages, disputing damage or medical treatment and delay tactics.

Our capable attorneys are assertive negotiators who never settle for less than the full value of a claim. When insurers fail to make good on their promises, we are always prepared to litigate. Rest assured, we will protect your rights in and out of the courtroom.
